Allied Power Group is seeking an Operation Manager to build and sustain Gas Turbine Parts services at a newly acquired site. The Operation Manager will be responsible for the supervision and management of staff, facilitating interdepartmental communication and allocating tasks and resources as needed to efficiently and effectively run repair operations. Manages the preservation of the buildings, equipment, and facilities adhering to related regulations. The goal is to ensure that the production process is efficient and productive while adhering to quality standards and customer expectations.

KEY FUNCTIONS:
- Direct and oversee repair and service teams to achieve customer satisfaction and timely delivery expectations.
- Optimize operational risks by ensuring that all business safety policies and regulations are followed.
- Participates in the development and implementation of program policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe operation.
- Develop, govern, and maintain all operational expenses in accordance with specified organization objectives and goals.
- Create and foster a culture of continuous improvement in which all employees actively provide ideas and proposals for development.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and customers.
- Responsible for managing both internal and external supply networks. Maintain a sufficient quantity of inventories and materials to meet production projections.
- Supply leadership participation for employee talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, and employee engagement processes and programs that are in line with the overall business goals, visions, and core values.
- Maintain and track staff and operating hours in the ERP system.

WORK QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations or manufacturing
- Strong competencies in leadership, communication, cultural awareness, and organizational astuteness
- Established record for operating a repair facility, that includes increasing work profitability
- Ability to effectively communicate written and verbal complex instructions or directions to direct reports and division management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work professionally and effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
- Successful implementation of business management principles, organizational structure, workflow, and operating procedures
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Teams, Projects and Abobe Pro
Preferred:
- Aerospace and/or Gas Turbine industry experience
- Effective project management skills
EDUCATION:
Required:
- HS diploma or GED
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business management, or related field
WORK ENVIRONMENT:

- Must be able to sit, stand and walk for long periods of time or until the end of the assigned shift.
