JOB PROFILE SUMMARY:
The Operations Manager will drive change and results by championing operational excellence and performance initiatives to ensure alignment and successful execution to key business goals and objectives, work with internal stakeholders to continually drive improved operational performance as measured by KPI's from continuous improvement, implementation of policies, procedures and systems that support the company's management of goods and services.
s the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Corporate Services Department (CSD). The responsibilities include overseeing facilities management and assisting with the creation of project plans, internal scope of work proposals, manage a program of projects and execute on process improvement projects. This position specifically requires the Operations Manager is responsible for project proposals and management of all corporate projects to ensure that each project meets deadlines, is developed within an acceptable budget, efficiently utilizes company resources, and fulfills predetermined expectations and specifications. The Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating and reporting projects to their executive project sponsors, they will be responsible for weekly update report outs to the CAO as well as other executive level report outs in project related SCP Committee Meetings.

  • Communicating with the board or other senior officials about shifting company priorities and projects
  • Identifying potential problems and points of friction and working to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency and revenue
  • Identifying opportunities to expand or shift course in order to take advantage of changes in the market
EDUCATION (Required):
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in related field
