Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise production, maintenance, and logistics teams.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
- Monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements across the plant.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams on process improvements and new product introductions.
- Manage budgets, scheduling, and resource planning to meet production goals.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management within the chemical or process manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of chemical manufacturing processes and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
