Position Overview

Directly reporting to the CEO, this role is responsible for the administrative structures that keep the day-to-day business running and therefore contribute significantly to the effectiveness of the CEO. To ensure this target, the position holder acts as an operative and strategic consultant and also takes over operative tasks personally.

In order enable most effective decision-making, the responsibility also includes administrative project management and information flow towards the CEO. Moreover, the integration of all internal stakeholders to build and support a successful and effective organization is a crucial part of this role. The position builds the interface between PEUS and groupwide national and international stakeholders for all administrative topics such as implementation and strengthening of administrative core processes and preparation of board presentations.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Operative and strategic consulting of the PEUS CEO
  • Support of local management with execution of operative tasks
  • Groupwide stakeholder management of administration interfaces such as global HR, Finance and Compliance departments
  • Overall responsible for implementing all necessary administrative core processes for PEUS
  • Ensuring execution and quality assurance of local administrative processes and standards required by law such as health and safety and employment law requirements
  • Implementing and facilitating PEUS internal committee structure as well as setting up and monitoring internal and external reporting systems
  • Steering preparation for PEUS board meeting and other groupwide committees
  • Support new team members and suppliers during the onboarding process in terms of company structure, general processes, and tools

Qualifications

Required qualifications include:
  • Bachelors' degree in International Business, Engineering, Marketing/Sales, Law or equivalent required
  • 5+ years professional experience with a leading industrial corporation or leading consultancy organization
  • Experience in developing fact and figure driven decision recommendations for Executive/Senior level management
  • Ability to think entrepreneurial and thrive with a varying levels of ambiguity and uncertainty
  • Ability to creatively solve business problems and motivate others to collaboratively find solutions
  • Ability to work with a high degree of detail orientation, accuracy and prioritize tasks in high pressure performance environment
  • Ability to self-motivate in pursuit of continuous personal and professional improvement

Preferred qualifications include:
  • Bachelor's degree from major university
  • International experience with exposure to C-suite level
  • Experience in the Automotive Industry
  • Foreign language preferred, but not required (German)
  • Ideal candidates are empathetic, tenacious, persistent, well-organized, flexible to adapt to various forms of challenges, process oriented and work well within a group

Percentage of required travel:
Schedule/Shift: 5:30,6:00am - afternoon

Physical Requirements

  • While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.
  • This job operates in a workshop and office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, automotive parts at operational temperature and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job site can be loud.

The salary range for this role is $110,000-$130,000 annually. However, it is important to note that at Porsche compensation range is dependent on geographic location. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skillset.. Porsche reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.
