POSITION SUMMARY
Manages the development and implementation of Operations Department projects while serving as the Company's single point of-contact for involved departments and vendors.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Performs supervisory responsibilities to effectively manage personnel including interviewing, hiring, firing, training,
developing, planning, assigning work, appraising performance, disciplining, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
* Confers with various departments, executives, and vendors to determine processes, procedures, and business needs for
project development.
* Manages plans for projects from implementation through completion while providing guidance to the development team.
* Plans and leads regular system review meetings with executives and other members of the management team to re-evaluate
business needs and priorities.
* Analyzes project risks, provides project recommendations, and identifies necessary resources, including establishing budget
scopes.
* Develops training programs for product use alongside Operations Training Specialists and monitors the implementation of
curriculum.
* Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with others.
* Attends continuing education and training opportunities for professional development.
* Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
* Travel as needed.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

* Strong leadership skills
* Performs work requiring advanced knowledge while consistently exercising discretion and judgment.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree; or three to four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
Valid driver's license
