Job Title: Operations Research Analyst - Senior

Location: Air Force Base (WPAFB), OH (On-site)

Clearance: Must be US Citizen w/ the ABILITY to obtain Secret clearance w/ company sponsorship

Inalab Consulting has a contingent opening (based on contract award) for a Senior Operations Research Analyst to manage Air Force Base Advisory and Assistance (A&AS) services contract.

Required Skills and Capabilities:
  • Must have experience working in Air Force supply chain processes, with experience in both retail and wholesale supply, and expertise in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access Database Management using data management and data analysis skills.
  • Must have experience formulating and applying mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions.
  • This experience must include collecting and analyzing data and developing decision support software, service, or products.
  • Must have experience analyzing supply chains for optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for program evaluation, review, or implementation

Experience Requirements:
  • The Contractor shall provide requirements, financial management and operations research analysis for the development of CSAG-S budget and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) requirements.
  • These activities shall provide management with the key information to improve the CSAG-S budget and POM forecasting efforts.
  • Tasks required are directly in support of requirements and budget determination activities for the Air Force and support the USAF Spares Requirements Review Board (SRRB) and Planning for DLA Managed Consumables (PDMC).
  • The Contractor shall support requirements and budget determination activities for the Air Force and the USAF Spares Requirements Review Board (SRRB).
  • The Contractor shall develop, analyze, and implement requirements into a CSAG-S POM and Budget Submission utilizing information from the Keystone Decision Support System, Secondary Item Requirements System (SIRS)/D200A, Central Secondary Item Stratification (CSIS)/D200N and the Automated Budget Compilation System (ABCS), as well as other legacy systems for data collection and analysis.
  • The Contractor shall participate and contribute to the semi-annual Air Force Cost Analysis Improvement Group (AFCAIG) Integrated Process Team (IPT), the SRRB, and working group meetings.
