Description:
ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Operations Research Analyst to join our team in Orlando, FL. This is a part-time & onsite position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Providing high-level expertise, analysis, and technical guidance in support of project executions, operations, strategic initiative, business improvement, and other complex technical or organizations tasks.
* Providing expert technical guidance and analysis on specialized applications and operational environments, functional system analysis, design, integration, documentation, training, and implementation to drive effective implementation of highly complex systems.
* Reviewing, analyzing, integrating, and conducting T&E of source data, developing interim documentation.
* Being involved in system concept formulation and the analysis of systems and subsystems.
* Providing results of analysis in report/presentation format to client stakeholders and decision makers.
* May provide direction to junior level analysts. Minimum Qualifications: * Master's degree in a Management, Technical, or Scientific area and 10+ years of relevant experience in an Engineering or Operations Analysis position; at least 3 of the 10 years must be directly related to DoD systems, OR, a Bachelor's degree in a Business, Management, Technical, or Scientific area, plus an additional 4 years of relevant experience equaling a total of 14 years of experience may be substituted for the master's degree
* Experience utilizing Microsoft products, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with Navy aircraft and weapon systems
* Expertise in digital innovation or disruptive technology areas is highly desired (e.g., block chain, quantum computing, AI, ML, robotics process automation) Clearance Requirements: * Must be a US Citizen and possess an active Secret clearance to perform work on this contract. Physical Requirements: * Tasking is primarily computer based.
* The person in this position must be able to operate and perform tasking on a PC.
* Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, Customers, and management
