QED Systems, LLC, is currently recruiting an Operations Research Analyst to join our team at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA to support our HQDA G-3/5/7 Support Services contract.

Duties:
- Serve as a primary point of contact, manage, and participate in all activities relating to the Army Cyberspace Council - the CO & EW GOSCs, the CO & EW CoCs, the Cyber Acquisition, Requirements and Resourcing (CARR) Working Group and all related working groups identified. For all meetings attended, the Contractor shall maintain a copy of the meeting agenda and the meeting minutes and provide written EXSUMs of ACyC meetings.
- Coordinate within the Army for equities in the Army Cyberspace Council Charter or IAW government guidance.
- Coordinate the overall effort with the ACyC and provide the day-to-day input, management, and implementation of the Army Cyberspace Strategy for Unified Land Operations.
- Coordinate classified and unclassified VTC sessions to include scheduling rooms for conferences.
- Maintain contact lists, and disseminate notifications, agendas, read-ahead packages for meetings and conferences respective to CO & EW equities.
- Create and maintain a Continuity Book for this position easily accessible to colleagues.
- Assist Deputy Division Chief in managing daily update briefs, reports to Directorate, and Coordination/Collaboration meeting with CO & EW stakeholders.
- Manage taskers assigned to the Division by assigning to the appropriate office/person, ensures all assigned tasks are completed IAW the respective task assigned.
- Plan, Coordinate, and Execute Army Cyberspace Council Governance Forums.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Must have the ability to work with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) as well as other Government-provided software as needed.
- Require minimal supervision in the fast-paced, critical environment of the Army Headquarters.
- Must be proficient in the Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) (formerly Task Management Tool).
- Experience with coordination and synchronization at Senior Army, OSD, Joint Staff, or ASCC and Major Commands levels.
- Knowledge of Army or Service Level staffing processes and procedures.
- Able to support development of analysis, recommendations, and staff Senior level information, coordination and decision documents and materials.
- Must be able to think critically and apply analytical methodologies to raw data to present clear and precise recommendations.
- Must be able to clearly articulate analysis through both oral and written communication.
- Ability to focus on Mission requirements while tracking multiple competing priorities.
Required Clearance:
- ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: TS/SCI
Qualifications:
- Master's degree required.
- At least ten (10) years of related experience.
