ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Operations Research Analyst to join our team in Lexington Park, MD. This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Studying & analyzing technological challenges related to engineering/scientific development of processes, systems, and equipment
  • Designing and executing procedures for experiments, tests, and evaluations
  • Utilizing mathematical and computerized modeling and other analytical techniques
  • Providing results of analysis in report/presentation format to client stakeholders and decision makers
  • May provide direction to junior level analysts


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a Management, Technical, or Scientific area
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in an Engineering or Operations Analysis position
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft products, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Navy aircraft and weapon systems


Clearance Requirements:
  • US Citizenship and an active Secret clearance is required to perform work on this contract


Physical Requirements:
  • Tasking is primarily computer based.
  • The person in this position must be able to operate and perform tasking on a PC.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, customers, and management through email, phone, and other virtual communication methods.


The projected compensation range for this position is $81,700.00-$137,100.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
