We bring tailored healthcare services directly to employers, enhancing the well-being of their employees through convenient, high-quality care. We're expanding our reach through targeted outreach and data-driven sales strategies. Now, we're looking for an Operations & Sales Specialist to help us scale effectively and deliver an outstanding experience to our customers and partners.
Position Overview:
This role is split roughly 60/40 between operations and sales operations. You'll manage logistics, scheduling, and process improvements while also owning CRM workflows, pipeline analysis, and AI-based lead generation performance. We're looking for someone who thrives in operational chaos, loves data, and gets excited about how AI can unlock new efficiencies in sales.
Responsibilities:
Operations (60%)
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in operational workflows, propose solutions, and implement improvements.
- KPIs & Reporting: Track key metrics (e.g., delivery times, scheduling adherence) and provide regular updates/recommendations to leadership.
Sales Operations (40%)
- CRM Management (e.g., HubSpot): Ensure data cleanliness, build dashboards and workflows, and generate performance reports for the sales team.
- Pipeline Oversight: Help forecast and analyze sales funnels, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Campaign Tracking: Work with Marketing to measure outreach effectiveness (email open rates, lead conversions) and suggest optimizations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to ensure consistent data flow, timely follow-ups, and excellent customer experience.
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Work closely with Product teams to relay any operational challenges, feature requests, and customer feedback.
- Communicate clearly with leadership about operational performance and sales pipeline health.
- Contribute to a collaborative culture of continuous improvement, sharing insights and helping colleagues grow.
Requirements:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in operations, logistics, sales ops, or a similar function (startup/tech experience is a plus).
- Hands-on proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and proven operational/process management successes.
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Ability to navigate logistics coordination, vendor management, or similar supply chain processes.
- Skilled at building reports/dashboards to inform decision-making (familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets is essential).
- Adept at identifying process inefficiencies and leading improvements.
Soft Skills
- Detail-Driven: Able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong Communicator: Can distill data into actionable insights for diverse teams (Sales, Marketing, Product).
- Adaptable: Thrives in a startup environment where priorities can shift quickly.
- Team-Oriented: Willing to collaborate across departments to solve challenges and seize opportunities.
What We Offer:
- $100,000 annual salary.
- 401K plan.
- Hybrid work model (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) for collaboration and flexibility.
- Opportunity to influence and refine operational and sales processes in a growing startup.
- A mission-driven environment where your contributions directly impact healthcare delivery.
