Operations Senior Business Analyst

The Opportunity

You will lead the analysis of enterprise level issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles and variables - this level of complex analysis has a material impact to our bottom line. You will work remotely with quarterly travel and report to Senior Manager, Operations Business Analysis.

Your Impact

• Promote business optimization using machine learning algorithms in Supply Chain realm to improve forecasting processes, inventory placement, product flow within the our FCs.
• Analyze the most complex business problems that typically involve multiple systems, new technologies, significant business impact and risk, and multiple stakeholders who may have competing or conflicting needs.
• Perform risk assessment, develop contingency plans, and recommendations when unanticipated situations arise.
• Integrate the potentially diverse needs of many users and stakeholders and manage varying perspectives.
• Take broad strategic direction from business partners and enable action by proposing suites of feasible solutions.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of related experience as an anlyst in business analysis, supply chain or operations environment
• Bachelor's or University Degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience developing Optimization Models to answer complex business questions and support ongoing decision-making
• 3+ years experience synthesizing data using advanced tools and programming languages such as Google BigQuery, SQL, Python, SAS, R, or VBA
• Advanced skills in SQL and data modeling with 3+ years of experience, at least 1+ years of experience with scripting languages such as Python, R,
