Summary
The Point Mugu Operations Support Analyst is responsible to the Point Mugu Director and Deputy Director of Operations (DO) for all flight scheduling, airspace coordination and any other task as assigned by the DO. The Operations Support Analyst will be familiar with the Flight Operations Manual (FOM), for MK-58 Hunter, Mirage F1, and F-21 Kfir Operations Manual, and ATAC general flight operations.

Job Responsibilities
Responsible to the DO for coordinating pilot manning and scheduling.
Responsible to the DO for coordinating daily, weekly, and long-range customer scheduling/range space requirements.
Actively monitor, update, and maintain the daily master Outlook events calendar for West Coast operations.
Create and disseminate daily operational customer scheduling (flight schedule).
Monitor daily flight operations and schedules to ensure proper execution and create and disseminate daily reports of flight operations conducted.
Maintain the West coast monthly operations master flight support records and create and disseminate a monthly report of mission and flight operations conducted.
Provide quality customer service in scheduling to all units being supported, Navy scheduling offices and our pilot cadre.
Assist the Chief Pilot/Training Manager/Standardization Manager/ Navy Program Manager with their daily tasks and duties.
Responsible for maintaining and updating master data spread sheets for flight operations and as designated by the DO, Vice President, and Navy Program Manager.
Closely monitor operations and maintenance aircraft availability to balance assets with tasking.
Effectively communicate across the operations and maintenance spectrum to maintain internal continuity.
Effectively communicate and support external and government customers, agencies, and auditors as designated by the DO and Vice President.
Additional duties as assigned by the Vice President and DO.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of work experience
Previous tactical military aircrew desired.
Strong experience with time management and scheduling.
Excellent customer service.
Experience dealing with complex operations

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

previous Navy experience
