Job Description:
- Work collaboratively with surgical teams in cardiovascular and thoracic procedures
- Prepare and maintain operating room environments adhering to sterile techniques
- Monitor patients' vitals and provide comprehensive perioperative care
- Effectively coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and protocol compliance
- Participate in call shifts as required
- Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments
- Ensure adherence to all relevant healthcare regulations and standards in surgical care
