- Provide professional nursing care in the operating room setting.
- Assist in surgical operations as part of a team of healthcare professionals.
- Ensure patient safety and communicate effectively with surgical staff.
- Prepare and manage the operating room environment before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Utilize critical thinking and excellent decision-making skills to assess, plan, and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain composure under stress and coordinate accurately during emergency situations.
- Participate in and contribute to the orientation program; complete 110 hours of orientation.
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and standards of care to deliver high-quality patient care.
