Job Title: Oracle Apex or PL/SQL Developer
Location: Washington, DC - Hybrid
Duration: Full Time

Required Qualifications:

• Five years of experience with programming and software development, including analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, maintenance, quality assurance, troubleshooting, or upgrading of software systems
• Two years of experience with using Apex software OR A strong Oracle PL/SQL experience and willingness to learn Oracle Apex on the job is desired
• A current Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to obtain a polygraph

Nice to have:

• A demonstrated track record with PL/SQL
• Comfortable with HTML
• Experience with Relational Database Design, including Oracle 11g or 12c
• Experience with Object-Oriented Analysis (OOA) and Object-Oriented Design (OOD)
• Willingness to learn Oracle Apex on the job

Education Requirements:

• BS Degree or equivalent with at least 5+ years of experience with Oracle Apex platform or PL/SQL development experience
