Job Summary:
  • Serve as the technical expert for CC&B workflows, configurations, and integrations.
  • Lead and oversee quality assurance testing for CC&B modules and processes.
  • Develop and enforce quality standards, testing methodologies, and best practices for CC&B solutions.
  • Identify and resolve complex system issues, ensuring CC&B solutions operate reliably and efficiently.
  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans for CC&B functionality and performance validation.
  • Utilize tools like Jira for defect management and coordinate with development teams for timely issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • utomate testing and validation processes for CC&B systems to improve efficiency.
  • Provide mentorship and training to teams on CC&B tools, workflows, and quality standards.
  • Skill Set: Oracle CC&B, Jira, SQL, Testing and Validation Processes, Workflow Optimization.

MUST HAVE:
  • Expertise on Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) workflows, system configurations, and integrations.
  • Experience Leading end-to-end quality assurance (QA) initiatives for CC&B modules, ensuring all processes and functions meet business and technical requirements.
  • Experience in Design, implement, and enforce quality standards, testing methodologies, and best practices tailored to CC&B environments.
  • Experience in Analyzing, identifying, and resolve complex system issues, ensuring high reliability and operational efficiency of CC&B solutions.
  • Experience in Developing and executing comprehensive test plans and performance.
