Role: Oracle EPM - Account Reconciliation (ARCS) SME/Lead Consultant

Job Summary:
Oracle ARCS Functional Consultant required, who will hold rich experience on Oracle EPM Implementation projects and excellent Functional knowledge on Accounting Reconciliation Compliance & Transaction Matching (ARCS RC & TM). Added advantage if the person is also good in Consolidation Cloud (FCCS) and Enterprise Data Management (EDM). He/She can understand the business requirements and provide the solution to the customer. Capable to write the Functional design documents, Key Design Documents, assist Technical Team to understand the requirements, capable to do the Conversion and Integration Mapping activity, analyze, design and deliver the Reporting requirements. Should be able to finalize test scenarios and write Test Cases. Should be excellent in completing Functional Testing for all the CEMLIs. Capable of Data Integration configuration.
Responsibilities:
Excellent communication and core consulting skills
Excellent functional knowledge of Oracle EPM - Accounting Reconciliation Compliance & Transaction Matching (ARCS RC & TM)
Experience in delivering at least one (1) large full life-cycle consolidation implementation using ARCS that includes Transaction Matching
Good knowledge on Consolidation Cloud (FCCS) and Enterprise Data Management (EDM)
Demonstrated ability in performing the following responsibilities:
o Conducting business requirements, design sessions and workshops
o Developing solution architecture; configuring out-of-box functionality/ developing additional custom functionality
o Preparing functional design and configuration specifications
o Developing data conversion and validation strategy
o Managing the product configuration and technical development activities
o Preparing test plan, cases and scripts; leading testing activities
o Managing application deployment, cut-over and transition
Ability to work across Oracle Cloud team (ERP, HCM, etc.) and manage internal and external data/metadata interfaces.
Ability to manage project resources both onsite and offshore.
Ability to track project timeline and deliverables and communicate to Leadership team.
Degree in Accounting strongly preferred.
Experienced in working with or in an accounting, finance or budgeting function
Technical knowledge includes -
Experience in ARCS metadata configuration and maintenance
Experience in Data Management and EPM Automate
Expert in Smartview for Office (Excel)
Experience in writing functional technical, test script and training documentation
Minimum Qualifications
Years of Experience required: 12-15 years
Years of Experience:
3+ Years of Oracle EPM ARCS & ARM
1+ Year Cloud EPM FCCS
5+ Years of EPM knowledge

Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $156,500/Year to $183,500/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
