Your role and responsibilities
We are currently seeking for an Oracle Project Manager to join our team for exciting cloud-based projects. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day Oracle Cloud projects, lead project from concept through completion through the project life cycle while meeting scope, schedule and resource targets while achieving the desired business results.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage all project management plans including scope, time, cost, risk, quality management plans.
Maintain complete control of project schedules, project resources, budget, and risk issues while facilitating timely discussions and decisions to identify project risks.
Lead meetings between stakeholders, resources, senior managers, and executives
Act as primary interface with the client regarding deliverables, changes, and sign-off on status and requirements is an important part of the job.
Facilitate communication across teams and communicate updates to the Program Manager and Project Sponsors.
Ensure project requirements are met, scope is contained, and milestones are kept
Conduct various reviews and sign/off workshops.
Actively assist with developing tools, methodologies, approaches, points of view and thought leadership.
Mentor team members on and off projects to create a "best in show" team.
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
Minimum 10 years Oracle project management experience, with a minimum of 3 multi-pillar full-cycle projects
Minimum 5 years consulting experience.
Strong customer service orientation with strong written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of Standard Waterfall or Agile project implementation methodology.
Ability to formulate and communicate a structured approach to the teams
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks and deliverables in high pressure environments and situations.
Prior experience with Project Management tools such as MS Project, JIRA and Smartsheet.
Project Management Certification highly desirable.

- Managing multi-pillar full lifecycle Oracle software implementation projects (Oracle Cloud ERP Supply Chain and Oracle Cloud ERP Finance)

- Plan, monitor, and report the allocation of Project Resources, Tasks, Risks and Milestones.
Maintain complete control of project schedules, project resources, budget, and risk issues while facilitating timely discussions and decisions to identify project risks.
Lead meetings between stakeholders, resources, senior managers, and executives
Act as primary interface with the client regarding deliverables, changes, and sign-off on status and requirements is an important part of the job.

- Minimum 3 full-cycle implementations
