Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
The candidate should also have a strong understanding of
o Oracle NMS Implementation expereince
o Knowledge on ADMS & Outage Management Functionalities in North American utilities
Act as technical Lead for Oracle NMS implementation / Upgrade
Support team in solving technical issues and if required get support from Oracle OEM
Understanding the Functional requirement and ensure system design is meeting those specs
Help Team to test system by creating Test Scenarios and test cases. Also able to create data sets for testing
Experience of NMS configuration and OMS Prediction rules
Knowledge of OMS Integration with GIS, CIS Asset management etc.
- Good Knowledge on Oracle NMS Technical architecture
- Configuration Oracle NMS system
- Knowledge on end to end testing of Oracle NMS.
- Experience of implementing Oracle NMS system in any Utility
- Maintain the NMS system, monitor its services and Integration
Provide timely incident resolution
- Application and database health checks on regular basis
- Resolution to support tickets within specified SLA
