MustHave Technical/Functional Skills

  • 5+Years of experience in oracle manufacturing implementation. Should be a subjectmatter expert with implementation experience in oracle inventory, bills ofmaterials, work in process and costing modules.
  • Experiencein oracle implementation including requirement gatherings, configuration,testing and support on Oracle discreet manufacturing. Technical experience willbe a plus.
  • Shouldbe able to understand business requirements and map them to proposedsolutions/enhancements.
  • Shouldbe able to configure and customize Oracle EBS R12 apps to meet businessrequirements.
  • Testingand deployment of custom solutions for oracle inventory, bills of materials,work in process and costing modules.
  • Participatein functional testing and co-ordinate with cross functional stakeholders fortimely delivery of the solutions developed.
  • Shouldbe able to manage onsite-offshore communication and work management.
  • Liaisonwith other teams, co-ordination with offshore teams for custom development.
  • Productionsupport and steady state support.
  • Abilityto configure and customize Oracle EBS R12 applications to meet specificbusiness requirements.
  • Understandingof how to align Oracle EBS R12 applications with organizational workflows.
  • Experiencein testing Oracle EBS R12 SCM configurations to ensure accuracy andreliability.
  • Keepingup to date with Oracle EBS R12 updates, patches, and new features.
  • Familiaritywith Oracle EBS R12 configuration and setup related to Supply Chain modules.
  • Basicunderstanding of modules like OPM, WMS(Manufacturing), ODM, GTM, ASCP, VCP
  • Abilityto effectively communicate with 3rd Party vendors and other support teams.
  • Excellentanalytical skills and understanding of business process.
  • Ableto perform multiple roles Functional analyst/lead role
  • Strongverbal and written communication skills.

Roles& Responsibilities

  • Toprovide full operational support to the Oracle EBS R12 applications.
  • Properunderstanding of the customizations made in the business functionalities.
  • Helpthe team to understand various business flows in Financials in alignment withthe customer specific processes.
  • Preparenew support related documents and maintain & upgrade the existing ones.
  • Discusswith business users for new requirements and prepare Functional SpecificationDocuments.
  • Knowledgeof the best practices followed in global manufacturing industries, able to givesolutions/suggestions to the client.
  • Experiencein large AMS engagements.
  • Workedon Oracle SCM across PO, OM, WMS will be a plus.
