The Role
The Order Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end order management process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer service. This role leads the order management team, collaborates with sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics, and drives continuous improvement in order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

The Role
The Order Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end order management process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer service. This role leads the order management team, collaborates with sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics, and drives continuous improvement in order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Your Tasks:
Order Management & Process Optimization:
- Oversee the entire orderlifecycle, from order entry to delivery, ensuring timely and accuratefulfillment.
- Develop and implement standardizedprocesses for order management, minimizing errors and delays.
- Monitor order trends, backlogs,and fulfillment rates, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with companypolicies, pricing structures, and contractual agreements.
- Ensure compliance with shippingpolicies, lead times, and customer requirements.
Generate reports on order trends,fulfillment rates, and potential bottlenecks. - Prepare revenue forecast andoversee revenue recognitionn
- Serve as the primary escalationpoint for order-related issues, working with internal and external stakeholdersto resolve them.
- Communicate proactively withcustomers regarding order status, delays, and resolutions.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Manage and mentor the ordermanagement team, providing training and performance feedback.
- Foster a customer-centric culture,ensuring high levels of service and responsiveness.
Technology & Reporting:
- Utilize ERP and order managementsystems (SAP) to manage and analyze order data.
- Generate reports on orderaccuracy, cycle times, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Drive automation and digitaltransformation initiatives to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business,Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in ordermanagement, supply chain, or customer service roles, with at least 2 years in aleadership role.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systemsand order management processes.
- Excellent problem-solving,analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and teammanagement abilities.
- Exceptional communication andstakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in project based manufacturing.
- Familiarity with internationaltrade, logistics, and compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, orother process improvement methodologies
