Responsibilities
As a member of the Human Resources Organizational Development (OD) team, the Organizational Development Partner will have responsibility for providing organization development and talent management guidance, tools and programs for Community Health System. Will work closely with operational leaders and Human Resource Directors and Business Partners to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline and to develop and execute an organization development strategy to meet short- and long-term objectives. Works closely with other members of the team and draw upon the world-class talent and organization development tools, programs and processes utilized within the Community system.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources or related field required
Master's Degree preferred
High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate AND 4 additional years of experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's Degree
Experience
7 years of experience in general Organizational Development/Human Capital Management/Talent Management consulting required
Experience with large, multi-site healthcare systems preferred
Licenses and Certifications
SPHR-CA - Senior Professional in Human Resources-California Certification preferred
Certification in Talent Development assessments (e.g. MBTI, Hogan, DISC, Kiersey Temperament, etc.) preferred
