- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective territory planning, relationship management, and consultative selling.
- Educate and engage key clinical partners, including specialists and decision-makers, to promote the adoption of diagnostic solutions across targeted therapeutic areas.
- Stay informed on healthcare trends and clinical developments to position solutions thoughtfully and effectively.
- Create and implement territory-specific business strategies aligned with company goals and market needs.
- Build strong relationships with influential leaders within the medical community to strengthen market presence.
- Operate with agility in complex environments, using a solutions-oriented approach to address challenges and opportunities.
- Serve as a knowledgeable and trusted resource to clients, demonstrating professionalism and product expertise.
- Collaborate with internal teams while maintaining independence in day-to-day territory management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive sales experience, preferably within diagnostics, specialty healthcare, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of healthcare systems, particularly within specialty or hospital-based environments.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, managing accounts, and building lasting partnerships.
- Strong familiarity with clinical workflows and the ability to translate product value into patient care benefits.
- Experience with product launches and establishing new markets or segments is highly valued.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving settings.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker and natural problem-solver.
