The Organizational Development Facilitator responsible for leading the design, facilitation, and continuous enhancement of strategic leadership and employee development programs. This role is critical to advancing talent capabilities across the organization and serves as a key partner to mid-level and executive leaders and cross-functional teams. The Organizational Development Facilitator responsible for leading the design, facilitation, and continuous enhancement of strategic leadership and employee development programs. This role is critical to advancing talent capabilities across the organization and serves as a key partner to mid-level and executive leaders and cross-functional teams. Success in this role is driven by ownership of complex, high-visibility programs that align with enterprise priorities, elevate the learner experience, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This role actively contributes to the innovation, scalability, and execution of the leadership development program portfolio, supporting both current and future leadership pipelines.
Responsibilities:
- Leads enterprise-level facilitation and delivery of leadership, onboarding, professional development, and culture-building programs. Oversees the full learning lifecycle-from planning to post-program assessment-and ensures a seamless learner experience across modalities (in-person, virtual, on-demand). Manages program communication strategy, stakeholder alignment, and participant support for high-impact programs.
- Builds strategic partnerships across all levels of the organization to align development efforts with business priorities. Serves as a thought partner on program innovation, consults with stakeholders on development needs, and contributes to the evolution of the enterprise learning strategy. Leads research and authorship of materials for new and enhanced programs in collaboration with Leadership Development Advisor.
- Drives program design and cross-functional execution of learning initiatives. Collaborates with direct leader, subject matter experts, key stakeholders, and external vendors to co-create scalable solutions. Manages complex project workflows, timelines, and program documentation. Provides mentorship and guidance to junior facilitators or peer partners as needed.
- Serves as a Workday Talent and Learning superuser, supporting enterprise adoption and optimization of talent reviews, performance enablement, and learning paths. Supports troubleshooting, feedback loops, and capability building for HR and business users. Ensures system data is aligned to program tracking and reporting.
- Manages Learning & Development programs through the LMS system by configuring learning paths, tracking enrollment and completions, generating insights via dashboards and reports, and ensuring content relevance and accessibility. Coordinates with the LMS team on system enhancements and technical execution of program rollouts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Communication, Business or a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in learning and development, talent development, or organizational effectiveness roles, with increasing responsibility.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience designing, delivering, and evaluating leadership development and enterprise-wide training programs.
- Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience coaching and facilitating development for multi-level leaders; ability to guide leaders through performance enablement, communication, and team development practices.
- Expertise in both in-person and virtual/blended facilitation environments, with the ability to adapt delivery to a wide range of learning audiences.
- Experience as a Workday superuser or strong familiarity with Workday's Talent and Learning modules strongly preferred.
- Proven experience managing and implementing programs through a Learning Management System (LMS); experience with LMS administration or dashboard/report creation preferred.
- Applied knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, etc.), and facilitation best practices.
- Proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Vyond; graphic design experience using Canva or similar tools a plus.
- Proficiency with Blanchard Exchange and Smartsheet programs a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Industry experience in real estate, property management, construction, maintenance, or financial services is a plus.
- Professional certification such as APTD, CPTD, or coaching credentials (e.g., ICF, ATD Coaching Certificate) strongly preferred.
- Real estate, property management, construction, maintenance, or financial services industry experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong command of the English language with expert grammar and editing skills.
- Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and communication skills; able to engage and influence diverse audiences, including multi-level leadership.
- Results-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detail orientation.
- Robust assessment, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of learning and talent development strategies across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, leadership development, performance enablement, and culture-building.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and solutions-oriented with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
- High-level analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to interpret learning data and translate insights into actionable program improvements.
- Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and consultation skills to partner across functions and levels of the organization.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and technology platforms.
