Description:
Vistra has an immediate opening for an Organizational Transformation & Communications Analyst to support Department of Defense clients. The Organizational Transformation & Communications Analyst will help to inform DoD policy and facilitate adoption of analytical decision-support tools. This position applies understanding of change management, strategic communications, and stakeholder engagement to develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct literature reviews and support organizational assessments (e.g., climate surveys, competencies, gap analysis, etc.)
- Develop and help implement change management strategies and initiatives to drive and help management organizational change and digital transformation
- Coordinate and support large working groups, events, or meetings
- Develop, implement, and analyze stakeholder management and strategic communication strategies
- Create verbal and written communication products for clients, including presentations and information papers
- Design, deliver, and evaluate mission relevant training efforts as necessary
- Maintain an understanding of relevant DoD policy and existing decision-support tools
- Up to 25% travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in public health, or related social science field and 3+ years directly related experience
- Demonstrated experience with change management, agile methodologies instructional design, or organizational transformation
- Familiarity and experience conducting literature reviews and assessing research methods, findings, outcomes, and recommendations
- Experience facilitating complex working groups
- Proven ability to provide clear verbal and written communications to a variety of stakeholders in alignment with DoD style expectations
- Experience with change management concepts, theories, and strategies, with specific emphasis on digital transformation preferred
- Relevant certifications preferred, e.g. Certified Change Management Professional, Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, ITIL 4 Managing Professional, Certified Scrum Master, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, etc.
- Knowledge of public health concepts and behavior theory, preferably in a military setting preferred
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
