ASFF provides these services throughout all phases of the program life cycle and across the entire space systems architecture, including space and ground assets.
Specific Job Duties:
- Perform/Design Electrical Systems on the Orion Contract.
- Evaluate software and hardware requirements and specifications.
- Develop racks and EGSE-type interfaces for use in testing and operations.
- Develop test procedures, displays and scripts for spacecraft testing in various systems.
- Perform test and design verification in the Integration Test Laboratory in Denver.
- Provide post testing reports and analysis.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education and 5-7 years of experience.
- Must be a U.S. citizen
Required Skills:
- Electrical and mechanical design experience with lab racks and EGSE-type interfaces.
- Ability to perform rack subsystem electrical design, mechanical integration, subsystem and integrated testing on a highly complex system
Desired Skills:
- Test lab experience with design and integration of new ground assets and functions.
- Test procedure writing for testing new ground equipment
- Tools: EPDM, CREO, ZUKEN, AF
