Boone Memorial Health is seeking a highly skilled Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team and provide comprehensive musculoskeletal care to our patients. In this role, you will diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of orthopedic conditions, from joint injuries to fractures and musculoskeletal disorders.

At the heart of our system is a 25-bed inpatient hospital featuring a 24/7 Emergency Department, which is designated as a Level IV Trauma Center. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive orthopedic evaluations and diagnostic testing
- Diagnose and manage a variety of musculoskeletal conditions
- Provide both non-surgical and surgical interventions, including joint replacements, fracture repairs, and arthroscopy
- Coordinate care with specialists and healthcare team members
- Educate patients and their families on treatment options and musculoskeletal health
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocol development
Qualifications:
- Active West Virginia medical license (MD or DO)
- Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedics from the ABOS or AOA
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
- Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
