Description:
ECS is seeking an OSINT LNO to join our Tampa, FL team in support of an intelligence related program.
The OSINT liaison officer is responsible for facilitating the bi-directional flow of intelligence/information and requirements between associated Intelligence elements and external agencies.
Their duties and job descriptions may include:
- Coordinate and collaborate with other liaison officers, analysts, and stakeholders from different agencies, organizations, or domains, and share open-source intelligence products, insights, and best practices
- Advise and assist the open-source intelligence program manager and leadership on the development and implementation of open-source intelligence strategies, policies, standards, and procedures.
- Provide subject matter expertise, guidance, and training on open-source intelligence tools, methods, and techniques to other liaison officers, analysts, and customers.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with open-source information providers, partners, and communities, and solicit feedback and input on open-source intelligence products and services.
- Must have Bachelors Degree OR a minimum of 15 years experience in OSINT.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen per contract
- Must possess a current TS/SCI
- PMP certified
- Must have strong writing and grammar skills
- Must have effective time management skills.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Must be comfortable with public speaking.
