Your Impact:

The Project Manager II will lead and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring key milestones and targets are met. This role requires strong project management skills, including critical date tracking, risk management, and budget oversight. The Project Manager will collaborate across teams, facilitate effective meetings, and ensure seamless project execution.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and risks while maintaining accurate status tracking.
  • Lead and facilitate meetings to ensure alignment among stakeholders.
  • Manage administrative tracking, including budget monitoring, critical path due dates, predicted completion timelines, and risk resolution ownership.

Core Experience:
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; intermediate knowledge of SharePoint; ability to learn multiple applications.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Experience leading cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders, and fostering strong peer relationships across organizational boundaries.
  • Project & Process Management: Skilled in defining and documenting processes, driving continuous improvements through metrics and measurement, and successfully leading complex, strategic projects.
  • Ability to interpret engineering plans and work prints with a strong understanding of OSP industry design standards.
  • Knowledge of right-of-way (ROW) and easement acquisition processes.
  • Experience with RDOF (Rural Digital Opportunity Fund) and grant-funded projects.


Location: Preferred Oregon/Washington

Pay Range - $37.00-$40.00 hourly/DOE
