Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Shift: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Guaranteed Hours: 35 per week

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility

License: Appropriate state licensure or eligibility

Certifications: Relevant occupational therapy certifications preferred

Must-Have: 1 year of professional skilled nursing facility experience

Job Description:
- Achieve 90% productivity after 2 weeks
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for residents
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care
- Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve residents' abilities and quality of life
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of resident progress and plans
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development activities
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
