Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled GeoSpatial Lead with expertise in Java, AWS, React JS, and Springboot Microservices to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 12 years of experience and will work in a hybrid model with a day shift. This role does not require travel. Responsibilities : - Lead the design and development of geospatial applications using Java, AWS, React JS, and Springboot Microservices - Oversee the end-to-end implementation of geospatial solutions, ensuring high performance and scalability - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications - Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to support geospatial functionalities - Ensure the security and integrity of geospatial data through robust data management practices - Conduct code reviews and implement best practices to maintain code quality and performance - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal user experience - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our geospatial solutions - Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives - Contribute to the documentation of system architecture, design decisions, and technical specifications - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide technical solutions that align with company goals - Drive innovation by exploring new tools and technologies to enhance our geospatial capabilities Qualifications - - Possess a strong background in Java programming with extensive experience in developing scalable applications - Have hands-on experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS - Demonstrate proficiency in React JS for building interactive and responsive user interfaces - Exhibit expertise in Springboot Microservices architecture for developing modular and maintainable applications - Show a solid understanding of geospatial concepts and technologies, including GIS and mapping tools - Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team - Possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders - Have a proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated with emerging technologies - Demonstrate experience in agile development methodologies and practices - Show a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements - Have a track record of successfully leading and mentoring technical teams - Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively 9.
