This role requires a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel requirements. The Program Manager will oversee various projects, ensuring they align with company goals and deliver significant impact. 3.Experience : 12to15Yrs 4.Required Skills : ,Selenium,Azure,SONARQUBE,Azure DevOps,SauceLabs,C#,GITHUB 5.Nice to have skills : 6.Technology : -Not Applicable 7.Shift : Day 8.Responsibilities : - Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. - Oversee the development and implementation of project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. - Provide guidance and direction to project teams, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project objectives are met. - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. - Utilize SONARQUBE to ensure code quality and maintainability throughout the project lifecycle. - Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using Azure DevOps. - Conduct automated testing using Selenium and SauceLabs to ensure software quality and reliability. - Manage source code repositories and version control using GITHUB. - Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports, risk assessments, and issue logs. - Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management. - Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. - Ensure projects align with company goals and contribute to overall business success.
