1. Job Title : Sr. Architect 2. Job Summary : We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Architect with 14 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Ab Initio GDE, ETL Tool - Talend, and Abinitio admin, along with domain experience in Property & Casualty Insurance. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement robust data solutions to drive our business forward. 3. Experience : 14 - 18 years 4. Responsibilities : - Lead the design and implementation of data architecture solutions using Ab Initio GDE and Talend ETL tools. - Oversee the administration and maintenance of Ab Initio environments to ensure optimal performance. - Provide technical guidance and support to development teams working on data integration projects. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Develop and enforce best practices for data management, including data quality, data governance, and data security. - Ensure that data solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet the performance requirements of the business. - Conduct regular reviews of data architecture and make recommendations for improvements. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure that our data solutions remain cutting-edge. - Work closely with the Property & Casualty Insurance domain experts to ensure that data solutions align with industry standards and regulations. - Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge. - Participate in the evaluation and selection of new data tools and technologies. - Ensure that all data solutions are documented and that documentation is kept up-to-date. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that data solutions are integrated seamlessly with other systems. -Qualifications - Must have extensive experience with Ab Initio GDE and Talend ETL tools. - Must have strong experience in Abinitio administration. - Must have domain expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance. - Nice to have experience with other ETL tools and data integration technologies. - Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Must have strong communication and collaboration skills. 9.
