The ideal candidate will have 5 to 9 years of experience in automated testing. This role involves working in a hybrid model with a day shift. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. 3.Experience : 5to9Yrs 4.Required Skills : ,Automated Testing 5.Nice to have skills : 6.Technology : -Not Applicable 7.Shift : Day 8.Responsibilities : - Lead the development and execution of automated test scripts to ensure software quality. - Oversee the testing process to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner. - Provide detailed reports on test results and work closely with development teams to address issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design effective test strategies. - Ensure that all testing activities comply with established standards and best practices. - Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage. - Conduct regular reviews of test cases and scripts to ensure they are up-to-date and effective. - Monitor and analyze test results to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Participate in the planning and estimation of testing activities for new projects. - Mentor and guide junior testers to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in automated testing. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies. - Ensure that all testing deliverables are completed on time and meet the required quality standards.
