2.Job summary : We are seeking an experienced Business Manager with 15 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP Goods Physical Inventory, SAP MM-Special Procurements, SAP MM Master Data, SAP Inventory Management, and SAP Purchasing. This hybrid role requires a strong understanding of SAP-MM and the ability to manage complex business processes efficiently.

8.Responsibilities : - Oversee the implementation and maintenance of SAP Goods Physical Inventory to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of inventory levels. - Manage SAP MM-Special Procurements to optimize procurement processes and ensure timely availability of materials. - Maintain and update SAP MM Master Data to ensure data accuracy and integrity across the organization. - Implement and monitor SAP Inventory Management processes to maintain optimal inventory levels and reduce costs. - Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of SAP Purchasing processes. - Develop and enforce policies and procedures for SAP-MM to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. - Provide training and support to team members on SAP-related processes and tools. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP system configurations to meet organizational needs. - Collaborate with IT and other departments to resolve any SAP-related issues and ensure system performance. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to SAP processes to drive continuous improvement. - Lead cross-functional teams to implement SAP projects and initiatives that align with business goals. - Ensure data security and compliance with regulatory requirements in all SAP-related activities. - Stay updated on the latest SAP developments and trends to recommend and implement new solutions. -Qualifications - Possess a deep understanding of SAP Goods Physical Inventory and its application in business processes. - Have extensive experience in managing SAP MM-Special Procurements to streamline procurement activities. - Demonstrate proficiency in maintaining and updating SAP MM Master Data for accurate data management. - Show expertise in implementing and monitoring SAP Inventory Management processes. - Exhibit strong knowledge of SAP Purchasing and its integration with other SAP modules. - Have a proven track record of developing and enforcing SAP-MM policies and procedures. - Be skilled in providing training and support on SAP-related processes and tools. - Have the ability to analyze business requirements and configure SAP systems accordingly. - Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to resolve SAP-related issues. - Be capable of monitoring and reporting on SAP process KPIs. - Lead cross-functional teams effectively to achieve project goals. - Ensure compliance with data security and regulatory requirements. - Stay informed about the latest SAP trends and developments.
