The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geospatial technologies and automation, and will be responsible for managing geospatial projects and ensuring the successful implementation of automation work models. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site, with no travel required. 3.Experience : 7to11Yrs 4.Required Skills : ,Automation 5.Nice to have skills : 6.Technology : -Not Applicable 7.Shift : Day 8.Responsibilities : - Lead the planning and execution of geospatial projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. - Oversee the development and implementation of automation work models to enhance geospatial data processing and analysis. - Provide technical expertise in geospatial technologies, including GIS software, remote sensing, and spatial data management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate geospatial data into various business processes and applications. - Ensure the accuracy and integrity of geospatial data through rigorous quality control and validation procedures. - Develop and maintain documentation for geospatial processes, standards, and best practices. - Train and mentor team members on geospatial technologies and automation techniques. - Monitor industry trends and advancements in geospatial technologies to keep the team updated and competitive. - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide geospatial solutions that meet their needs. - Conduct regular reviews of project progress and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. - Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring efficient utilization and cost-effectiveness. - Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and other stakeholders. - Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages continuous learning and improvement.
