The ideal candidate will have expertise in Release Management and Delivery Management. This hybrid role requires a native English speaker who can work during the day shift. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of geospatial projects, contributing to the companys mission and impacting society positively. 3.Experience : 10to12Yrs 4.Required Skills : ,Delivery Management,Release Management 5.Nice to have skills : 6.Technology : -Not Applicable 7.Shift : Day 8.Responsibilities : - Associate would be required to work from the client office 2-3 days a week - Lead the planning and execution of geospatial projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. - Oversee the release management process, coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth deployments. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. - Manage the delivery of geospatial solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards. - Develop and maintain project documentation, including technical specifications and user guides. - Conduct regular project reviews, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle. - Utilize advanced geospatial technologies and tools to analyze and interpret spatial data. - Implement best practices in release and delivery management, continuously improving processes and methodologies. - Communicate project status and progress to senior management and clients, providing regular updates and reports. - Mentor and train junior engineers, sharing knowledge and expertise to support their professional growth. - Contribute to the development of innovative geospatial solutions that drive business value and societal impact.
