Job Title : Team Member 2. Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Member with 8 to 11 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Snowflake and Test and Defect Management. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site, with no travel required. Responsibilities : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Snowflake solutions. - Oversee the design, development, and implementation of Snowflake data warehousing solutions. - Provide expertise in Test and Defect Management to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner. - Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage. - Monitor and report on test execution and defect resolution progress. - Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in Snowflake and Test and Defect Management. - Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for data warehousing projects. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members on Snowflake and testing methodologies. - Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools related to Snowflake and Test and Defect Management. - Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time. - Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding. Qualifications - - Possess strong technical skills in Snowflake with hands-on experience in data warehousing solutions. - Have extensive experience in Test and Defect Management, including developing and maintaining test plans. - Demonstrate the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve defects efficiently. - Show proficiency in creating and executing test cases and scripts. - Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Have excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Be detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work. - Have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends. - Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. - Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Have a strong understanding of best practices in Snowflake and Test and Defect Management. - Show a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development. - Possess a relevant certification in Snowflake or Test and Defect Management. 9.
