We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AEM support engineering, AEM system engineering, AEM frontend, AEM backend, and AEM authoring. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to manage projects effectively and ensure successful delivery. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.

Responsibilities : - Lead the planning and implementation of AEM projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project goals. - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the AEM support engineering team, ensuring high-quality support and resolution of issues. - Provide technical guidance and support to the AEM system engineering team to maintain and enhance system performance. - Collaborate with the AEM frontend and backend teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of AEM components. - Manage the AEM authoring process to ensure content is created, reviewed, and published efficiently. - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project alignment with business objectives. - Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements. - Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date. - Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders to promote a cohesive working environment. - Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes. - Conduct regular project reviews to assess progress and identify areas for improvement. - Provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team. Qualifications - - Possess strong experience in AEM support engineering, AEM system engineering, AEM frontend, AEM backend, and AEM authoring. - Demonstrate excellent organizational and project management skills. - Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. - Show proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. - Display the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. - Hold a relevant certification in project management or AEM technologies.
