We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with 8 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SFDC Identity and Security, Salesforce Experience Cloud, SFDC Sharing and Visibility, Salesforce DevOps, SFDC Integration, SFDC Data, SFDC Lightning, SFDC Development and Customization, and SFDC Configuration. This role is hybrid and requires no travel.

Responsibilities : - Lead the planning and implementation of Salesforce projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. - Oversee the development and customization of Salesforce solutions to meet specific business needs. - Provide expertise in SFDC Identity and Security to ensure robust and secure access control. - Manage the configuration and deployment of Salesforce Experience Cloud to enhance user engagement. - Ensure effective sharing and visibility settings within Salesforce to maintain data integrity and security. - Coordinate Salesforce DevOps activities to streamline development and deployment processes. - Facilitate seamless SFDC Integration with other systems to ensure data consistency and operational efficiency. - Oversee SFDC Data management to ensure data quality and compliance with organizational standards. - Lead the implementation of SFDC Lightning to enhance user experience and productivity. - Guide the development and customization of Salesforce applications to meet evolving business requirements. - Manage SFDC Configuration to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes and alignment with company goals. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability. -Qualifications - Possess a deep understanding of SFDC Identity and Security to manage access control effectively.
