Job Description: We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) with expertise in data transformation, PySpark, and pipeline development to drive end-to-end solutions for complex data challenges with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Cloud APIs, SuccessFactors Competency Framework, PySpark, Big Data, and Palantir. . Responsibilities : - Lead the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions using Cloud APIs - Oversee the integration of SuccessFactors Competency Framework into existing systems - Provide expertise in PySpark to optimize big data processing and analytics - Develop and maintain scalable big data architectures - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Palantir solutions - Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical specifications - Ensure the security and compliance of all implemented solutions - Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices and advanced techniques - Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems for enhanced performance - Drive innovation by staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies - Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and technical teams - Deliver high-quality solutions within the defined timelines and budget - Contribute to the companys strategic goals by leveraging technical expertise Experience with streaming technologies (Kafka, Spark Streaming, Flink, etc.). Ability to work independently as an individual contributor, with fast turnaround times. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed computing frameworks. Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines using Palantir Foundry, PySpark, and big data frameworks. Implement object models and transformations to enable seamless data integration. Architect and deploy streaming solutions for real-time data processing. Work closely with customers and internal teams to understand business challenges and translate them into technical solutions. Independently own and execute end-to-end development, from requirements gathering to deployment. Optimize data workflows and infrastructure for performance, scalability, and reliability. Provide proactive communication, keeping stakeholders informed on project progress and technical solutions. (Preferred) Leverage telecom and network domain expertise to build industry-specific solutions. -Qualifications - Possess extensive experience with Cloud APIs and their implementation - Demonstrate proficiency in SuccessFactors Competency Framework integration - Exhibit strong skills in PySpark for big data processing - Have a solid understanding of big data architectures and their scalability - Show expertise in Palantir and its application in data solutions - Hold a relevant certification in cloud technologies or big data analytics - Display excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. As an FDE, you will work directly with customers to design, implement, and deploy mission-critical applications leveraging Palantir Foundry and other data platforms. You will bridge the gap between engineering and business needs, rapidly developing scalable solutions that transform raw data into actionable insights. 9.
