Tableau, OBIEE, RMA, ServiceNow, dbt Cloud, Monte Carlo, AWS (specifically Redshift and S3) and Power BI. These systems require dedicated administration and support to ensure optimal performance, accurate data reporting, user access management, and system security. The respective teams will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain system health and address any issues that arise.
Tableau Administration: Focuses on ensuring the proper functioning of Tableau Server, including user access, report performance, and data source management. The team works closely with data engineers, business teams, and IT infrastructure to resolve any data discrepancies and optimize server performance.
OBIEE Administration: Responsible for managing and troubleshooting OBIEE systems, including user access, report generation, and performance monitoring. The team works on ensuring data integrity and collaborating with internal teams to resolve any data-related issues reported by users.
RMA Administration: Handles the management and troubleshooting of RMA-related processes and data. The team collaborates with retail teams to address data issues, supports external vendor integrations, and ensures system security and performance.
ServiceNow Support: The team will be responsible for managing user-submitted tickets in ServiceNow, particularly focusing on access requests and data-related inquiries. They will follow established protocols for handling access requests, ensuring they are routed to the right teams for approval and processing. For data requests, the team will initiate the necessary workflows and triggers to ensure the requests are processed promptly.
dbt Cloud Support: In the future, the team will provide support for managing dbt Cloud tasks, including monitoring job statuses, troubleshooting failures, and collaborating with data teams to ensure smooth execution of dbt models and workflows.
Monte Carlo Support: As the role of Monte Carlo, the team will support monitoring and managing data observability and monitoring processes, ensuring that data quality issues are identified and addressed promptly.
AWS (Redshift & S3) Support: Provides support for managing Redshift clusters, S3 data storage, and IAM configurations. Responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues, monitoring data pipelines, ensuring secure access to data, and managing IAM roles and policies. The team will also assist with ECS (Elastic Container Service) tasks and perform level 1 triaging of ECS-related issues in CloudWatch, escalating to appropriate teams as needed.
Power BI Support: The team will assist with access-related tasks, workspace management, and basic troubleshooting of Power BI dashboards and reports. They will coordinate with data owners and report developers to address user issues, help monitor report performance, and support usage tracking as needed. While not responsible for content development, they will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Tableau Administration Support Skills
Monitor and troubleshoot failed extract refreshes and subscriptions
Restart or reconfigure services using Tableau Services Manager (TSM)
Collect and analyze Tableau logs for issue resolution
Monitor dashboard performance and assist in identifying slow-loading reports
Support SSO/LDAP integration and user authentication issues
Collaborate with users for troubleshooting and support
Work with security teams to manage access, permissions, and compliance
Coordinate with infrastructure teams for server maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting
Engage with internal teams as needed to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution
Verify user access by checking AD group membership and Tableau site roles
Schedule and maintain data extract and subscription tasks
Grant access to projects, workbooks, and published data sources
Publish and organize Tableau workbooks and data sources
Perform version upgrades and apply patches to Tableau Server
Track license usage and help with license assignment
Assist in license allocation and usage tracking
Monitor performance and usage of dashboards
OBIEE Administration Support Skills
Monitor and troubleshoot issues with OBIEE dashboards, reports, and data sources
Manage user access and security settings via LDAP or internal AD integration
Perform administration of OBIEE servers, including managing services and server status
Monitor and resolve performance issues, including slow-running reports or queries
Manage OBIEE repositories (RPD) and perform version upgrades or patches
Schedule and maintain report execution and distribution jobs
Troubleshoot and analyze OBIEE logs for error diagnosis and resolution
Ensure proper backup and restore processes for OBIEE environments
Collaborate with data engineers and other internal teams for report/data integration
Maintain and update OBIEE configuration settings as needed
Monitor and manage OBIEE access roles and privileges for users
Perform quarterly maintenance tasks, including identifying and stopping unused agents and other system optimizations
RMA Administration Support Skills
Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to RMA processes and reports
Track and manage RMA-related data across systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity
Collaborate with retail teams and data engineers to resolve data issues brought by retail
Support user access and permissions management based on AD group memberships
Assist in the setup and maintenance of RMA workflows and configurations
Perform regular audits on RMA transactions and processes to ensure compliance
Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure RMA systems are secure and well-maintained
Troubleshoot and analyze logs for RMA system errors or failures
Work with external vendors (e.g., traffic data providers) for RMA-related data integration and support
dbt Cloud Administration Support Skills
Monitor scheduled jobs and alert appropriate teams on failures
Re-run failed jobs when necessary
Track job history and logs for debugging support issues
Troubleshoot common permission or environment-related errors
Assist with onboarding new users to dbt Cloud
Participate in periodic cleanup of unused jobs or environments
Provide job status updates during incidents or outages
Maintain documentation of supported processes related to dbt Cloud
Monte Carlo Administration Support Skills
Monitor alerts and anomalies generated by Monte Carlo
Triage data incidents and route to appropriate teams
Track resolution of issues raised through Monte Carlo
Assist with user access requests and role setup
Maintain alert routing rules and notification channels
Coordinate onboarding of new datasets or data sources
Review and clean up stale monitors or unused assets
Support setup and maintenance of Monte Carlo integrations (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, Tableau, dbt)
Document known alert patterns, common false positives, and resolution steps
Provide Monte Carlo status updates during incidents
Work with users and data owners to investigate and fix issues raised through alerts or monitors
AWS Support Skills
Create and manage Redshift user accounts
Perform Redshift maintenance operations (e.g., vacuum, analyze) and ensure cluster health
Monitor ECS task status through SES notifications or Teams-integrated alerts
Perform basic investigation and triage of ECS task failures
Support setup and maintenance of AWS Transfer Family for SFTP-based file transfers
Access and review CloudWatch logs for ECS and Redshift
