Program/ Location: Opioid Treatment Program (OTP), Plymouth Outpatient Campus
Education/ Licensure: Master's Degree, 3 years supervisory experience and Independently Licensed (LADC1/LMHC/LICSW)
Salary: $95,680 to to $105,040 (Education & experience dependent) plus $4,000 sign on bonus!
Status: Full Time
Shift: Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm or 9am-5pm (negotiable)

About Us

High Point's Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) provides methadone treatment to adults age 18 and older with opioid use disorder. The OTP is focused on individualized treatment. Treatment plans are created with the patient and primary clinician and then reviewed by the multi-disciplinary treatment team with the medical director signing off. Populations served include but are not limited to men, women, pregnant women, patients with chronic illnesses, and dually diagnosed mental health disorders.

Clinical Director Duties & Responsibilities
  • Review and manage existing program goals and objectives assigned by Program Director
  • Responsible for supervision of Clinicians as assigned by Program Director
  • Provide direct services to clients, which will include but not limited to evaluations of clients; Individual, group and/or family counseling, crisis management, and aftercare Matrix to be determined by Vice President and/or CEO
  • Facilitate all meetings, case conferences and trainings as assigned
  • Monitor staff attendance at all required meetings and trainings as required
  • Facilitate/participate Multidisciplinary Treatment Team and Utilization Review
  • Assist in development and updating of clinical and psycho- educational programs
  • Preparation of statistics, reports correspondence and participation in RFP grant writing process, Joint Commission preparation, Tally Card and other writing duties as needed
  • Ensure compliance with Federal Regulations, 42 CFR Part 2; and Confidentially of Alcohol and Drug Use Patients and HIPPA regulations and best practice processes and protocol in the provision of highest quality client care
  • Develop community contacts and collaboration with other organizations as needed
  • Responsible for overseeing the educational needs of the OTP service
  • Responsible for supervision of clinicians as assigned by Program Director
  • Participates in overseeing emergency and non-emergency termination and compliance with hearing procedures in absence of Program Director
  • Other duties as assigned by Program Director

Clinical Director Qualifications
  • Master's level degree in psychology, social work, mental health counseling, or substance abuse counseling strongly preferred but not required
  • Minimum of three (3) years of clinical supervisory experience
  • Independently Licensed (LADC1/LMHC/LICSW)
  • Knowledge of Methadone treatment
  • Knowledge of BSAS, SAMHSA regulations
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple program components
