What You'll Be Doing: As the Outbound Sales Manager, you'll lead and mentor a team of Outbound Account Executives responsible for driving new business acquisition within the salon, spa, and fitness industry. Your focus is on developing and executing effective outbound sales strategies, coaching and motivating the team to achieve and exceed sales targets, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality customer experience. You will also collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes and contribute to the overall growth of the Vagaro brand.

Compensation Details
- Base Salary: $85,000 - $100,000
- Commission Structure: 50/50 Split
- Annual On Target Earnings (OTE): $170,000 - $200,000
Your Impact
- Develop and implement effective outbound sales strategies to target SMB clients in the beauty, wellness, and fitness industries.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor a team of Outbound Account Executives.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor, track and report on team activity, including call volume, lead generation, sales revenue and key performance indicators.
- Address performance issues promptly and effectively.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted campaigns and sales materials.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all outbound sales activities.
- Continuously evaluate and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and improve the outbound sales process to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work with sales operations to streamline sales processes and ensure data accuracy in Salesforce.
- Prepare regular sales reports for executive management.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing support.
- Maintain open and effective communication with the sales team and other stakeholders.
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- 1+ years of experience in sales management or team lead role, preferably managing outbound sales teams.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a sales team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
- Experience in beauty, wellness, or fitness industry is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
