Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Your day-to-day will combine the thrill of sales with the satisfaction of helping homeowners protect their greatest investment. Responsibilities include:
Prospecting through canvassing, networking, and referrals.
Conducting home and roof inspections.
Guiding homeowners through the insurance claims process.
Managing projects from start to finish, coordinating with subcontractors and clients.
Closing contracts and collecting payments, ensuring accurate invoicing for change orders and supplements.
Facilitate an Exceptional Client Experience to get 5-star reviews, testimonials, and referrals.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
A go-getter with a positive, energetic attitude.
Coachable and eager to learn.
Professional in appearance and communication.
Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Previous sales experience (2+ years preferred).
Willingness to embrace working a door-to-door and/or networking full-commission sales position.
