Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our Outside Sales Representative (OSR) team in Palatine, IL. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, training, coaching, and development, and achieving financial results. This role is a front line, field leadership position crucial to driving revenue growth, fostering a positive company culture, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Team Development and Growth

- Develop and execute effective hiring strategies to build a high-performing sales team.

- Further develop and maintain standardized onboarding and training programs for new hires.

- Provide one-on-one in-field training and coaching to support the professional growth of Field Representatives.

- Align all team activities with the company's Core Values.
Drive Financial Results

- Lead daily, weekly, and monthly efforts to achieve sales targets and annual goals.

- Lead weekly Sales Meetings and Saturday Sales blitz to boost team performance.

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for OSR's, addressing deficiencies promptly and recognizing top performers.

- Provide hands-on in field support for adjustments and customer interactions to ensure a seamless sales process.

- Offer production support and monitor project completion to guarantee client satisfaction.

- Increase file flow and job production by conducting biweekly one on one pipeline meetings with individual OSR's to maintain accurate records in the Qmax CRM.
Advance Company Culture

- Monitor individual's performance to goal, recognize, encourage, and reward accomplishment and positive behavior among team members.

- Host weekly meet-ups and monthly group events during the sales season to foster camaraderie and motivation.

- Collaborate with Meridian Leadership to deliver impactful developmental content for team meetings.

- Actively participate in larger team events to strengthen the company's culture.

Qualifications

- Proven success in sales leadership, with a focus on team development and performance.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to lead by example and uphold the company's Core Values.

- Track record of meeting or exceeding financial targets.

-Industry experience in roofing, siding, or windows is preferred but not required.

Compensation
Base salary + commissions ($175K OTE first season / $250K+ second season)
