PACE Executive Director
Join HopeWest as the Executive Director for the HopeWest PACE program to spearhead the planning, leadership, development, operations, and direction of the program. This role is responsible for the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective holistic health care services to PACE participants consistent with the mission, vision, values, and goals of HopeWest.
This role will ensure adequate strategic plans are developed, implemented and reviewed against performance through effective short- and long-term planning, policy-making and careful oversight.
This position is responsible for ensuring appropriate budgeting and financial reporting in collaboration with the HopeWest CFO and for contract integrity with PACE vendors, and providers. The Executive Director is responsible for fostering positive community relationships to preserve collaboration between care partners for PACE participants.
What is PACE?
PACE or Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly provides comprehensive, coordinated, and proactive whole-person care to allow people who might otherwise live in a nursing home to remain cared for in their homes, in their community. There are 180 PACE programs, in 33 states, providing care to over 79,000 people and growing every month!

What is PACE?

What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, Masters degree preferred in a clinical area or business.
- Leadership experience in PACE preferred.
- Ten years experience working as a health care leader preferred.
- Proven track record of outstanding performance as a leader with a history if active participation in professional development.
- Excellent communication and public relation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Above average computer skills and experience with Microsoft office products.

- Competitive salary starting at $125,000-$155,000 annually, depending on education and experience.
