Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) within an Epic environment. The ideal candidate will have a PMP certification, extensive experience in healthcare project management, and a strong understanding of PACE programs and Epic systems. This role will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring compliance with PACE regulatory requirements, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to achieve project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of PACE programs within an Epic environment, ensuring alignment with PACE model of care and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth implementation.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to optimize workflows and system configuration.
  • Facilitate Epic system integration with PACE-specific operational and clinical processes.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status updates to leadership.
  • Oversee training and change management efforts to ensure successful adoption by end-users.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, Epic best practices, and PACE program guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • PMP certification required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Proven experience implementing PACE programs, with in-depth knowledge of the PACE model of care and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with Epic system implementations is highly preferred.
  • Strong expertise in project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
