JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision and direction of the Associate Director of Nursing is responsible for ensuring that the daily operations of PACT Program, which includes 3 PACT Teams in Mercer County and 1 PACT Team in Burlington County, are conducted in an efficient an effective manner is accordance with N.J.A.C. 10:37J and that clinical, quality, and financial goals for the program are met or exceeded.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provides direct supervision to 4 PACT Team Leaders to provide support and guidance to manage the daily operations of the program. Ensures that the PACT Team Leaders are trained in the responsibilities of their position and provides ongoing program oversite as defined in N.J.A.C. 10:37J-2.8(C) to ensure that the needs of the program are being met. Responsible for managing and approving the timesheets in Nova-Time for the PACT Team Leaders. Ensures that that all Management Functions for the PACT Program are completed as defined by N.J.A.C. 10:37J. Acts as a liaison to other service providers both within and external to Catholic Charities as needed to coordinate care for the PACT Consumers. Works with the PACT Team Leaders to recruit and hire staff in the PACT Program and ensures that the hired staff meets the criteria for the specific position as defined in N.J.A.C. 10:37J-2.8. Works in conjunction with the PACT Team Leaders to ensure that the PACT staff are thoroughly trained in the responsibilities of their job and have the resources to complete their job functions as per N.J.A.C. 10:37J-2.9 as well as the expectations of Catholic Charities Diocese of Trenton. Completes probationary and annual performance evaluations for the PACT Team Leaders in accordance with Catholic Charities Human Resources Policy HR 10 - Policy on Evaluations and Competency Assessment. Works in conjunction with PACT Team Leaders to appropriately facilitate any staff disciplinary action of the PACT staff, ensuring that the process adheres to Catholic Charities Employee Handbook of Personnel Policies and Procedures 5.10. Develops an annual Quality Improvement Plan (Logic Model) in conjunction with the Director of Compliance and works with the PACT Team Leaders to implement and manage the plan. Establish and coordinate relationships with colleges or universities for internship collaborations. Works with the Revenue Cycle department in conjunction with the Service Area Director and Associate Service Area Director to develop and implement budgets for the PACT Programs. The PACT Director is responsible for ensuring that the both the income and spending within the PACT Program are consistent with established budget expectations. Monitors service billing and ensures that any billing suspense is resolved within 30 days. Works with the Revenue Cycle department in conjunction with the Service Area Director and Associate Service Area Director to develop Key Performance Indicators for the PACT Programs. Works with the PACT Team Leaders to monitor the achievement of the Key Performance Indicators and ensure that they are met or exceeded. Perform other duties as may be deemed necessary by the Associate Director of Nursing.
SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS: Provides supervision to the PACT Team Leaders.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS NEEDED: Valid driver's license is required.
MANDATED PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS: Completion of essential learning online training as deemed appropriate by Catholic Charities.
