Job Summary
As the Paid Search Manager for BatchLeadsPlus team, you will bring a combination of Google Adwords expertise and digital marketing expertise to ensure ad campaigns drive leads at the right cost while guiding strategic improvements to campaigns and experiences. You will be responsible for developing and executing paid media strategies, conducting market analysis, and optimizing campaigns to achieve client objectives. BatchLeadsPlus is a premium pay-per-lead (PPL) service in the real estate investing space. The Paid Search Manager will have a solid grasp of funnel metrics, and how to improve these, and will report weekly on the status of campaigns to management.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across various Google platforms (search, display, etc.) to achieve client objectives for BatchLeadsPlus.
- Conduct market analysis to identify ideal keyword mixes, pricing estimates, and make go/no-go decisions on client requests.
- Campaign Management & Optimization:
- Create and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads and YouTube, including setting budgets, targeting parameters, ad creatives, and bid strategies.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of campaigns, including ad copy, audience segmentation, and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Conduct monthly campaign audits, suggesting and documenting areas for improvement (CTR, CVR, landing page changes, exclusion lists).
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data analysis, quality score, and ad status to maximize performance.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track, measure, and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, using tools such as Adwords, Amplitude, and GA4.
- Provide detailed reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Report weekly on campaign results to stakeholders, adhering to the provided weekly review document.
- Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization:
- Create and manage effective lead-generation campaigns that drive qualified traffic and increase conversions for our real estate investors.
- Optimize landing pages, forms, and user experiences to maximize conversion rates.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
- Keep up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and digital marketing tools to stay competitive in the rapidly changing digital landscape.
- Become an expert in the PPL space and find new ways to innovate in driving quality leads.
- Collaboration and Leadership:
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, creative, leadership) to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
- Manage relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and platforms for paid media campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 4-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the advertising space.
- Strong working knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.), and social media advertising.
- Strong writing skills
- Knowledge of real estate investing a plus
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Amplitude, etc.).
- Demonstrated success in running lead-generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret & communicate data and trends.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and landing page optimization techniques.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
